long story short, i rent a garage and the meter is installed after the main breaker and i need to remove the fuses from that but it has the plastic and metal tags locking them, i cant afford to call the hydro people, i have a friend who is qualified to do the work but he doesnt have the lock tags. anyway for me to remove them without damaging them?

No. They are put there for a reason.
Reply:No the lock tags are designed to be a one time use thing and typically if they are removed you a charged a service charge
